2013 Jeep Blend Door Actuator. One click off max heat, no noise. Basically, the air door opens and closes, but when closing it doesn't stop at the end and keeps trying to close the recirculation door, which causes the clicking.

Could it be a sensor instead? I red-necked it to outside air only. (Bailing wire, screw, bubble gum) The actuator motor probably died, and like most cars/trucks/Jeeps, the first thing down the assembly line is the HVAC system. I went straight back to the Dealers and they explained that they had knocked off the vacuum.

After doing many searches on various forums, it didn't seem like anyone had done it on their own.

If it goes it usually fails at "cold", so you'll have no heat..
