The link I go to on the official UConnect site for the updating procedure PDF - after I download the update directly to a computer - is broken, and the directions from other sources have not worked at all, so I'm at the end of my rope, as I keep getting no recognition from the unit that the update file is on any of the USB flash drives I've tried.
