The dealer (Westbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Westbury NY) Wasn't able to get the FOBs working and even tried to reprogram them, to no avail.
The dealership told me to remove the key from the fob and press the tip of the key to your button and that will start your car if the battery dies in the fob.
